1) You're using yourself as a reference point, whatever is reasonable to you is assumed to be acceptable, anything less you consider "lazy".
Fine, you're a hardworking and tough guy, good for you, no one should have to be held to the same standards.

2) The purpose of a Lv. 64 maple weapon is to aid your leveling, It makes no sense to intentionally stop leveling in order to obtain and neither should people have to.

3) No purpose refers to the current state of Lv. 64 weapons; they're meant to aid leveling, yet too difficult to obtain before reaching irrelevant levels.
Not that Lv. 64 weapons were inadequate in their capacity to deal damage, that you've misinterpreted.

You yourself decide how much effort you wanna put in, do more get more, do less get less. But everyone are held to the same standards to acquire the same things. No need for the butthurt "tough guy" comment just because i think the items required are pretty reasonable.

It's a premium weapon that doesn't require any stats to equip and gives a lot of bonus accuracy for those who needs it, it's supposed to be harder to get than your average lvl 60 or 70 weapon. But it still doesn't really require that much effort to get if you really want it, especially if you prepare ahead. Just because you suddenly found yourself at lvl 64 with zero preparation to get the thing you wanted doesn't mean someone should just hand it over to you.

In case you didn't save any ores it shouldn't be that hard at all to find them in the FM, and if you're lucky you might even find the finished Star and Moon Rocks for sale. You can also do the Ellinia jump quests to get a whole Star Rock which is basically half of the required items depending on how you look at it. And to get the Screws you can do the first Sleepywood jump quest.

It's not too hard to get, getting one before 64 is fairly easy. If you think you should just be able to lvl up to 64 without thinking about anything else and then expect to buy one for a couple of million mesos in the FM (or whatever idea it is that you have), you don't deserve one.
